馬來參巴醬Malaysia Sambal Sauce
辣椒參巴醬Chili Sambal,又稱萬能醬,在馬來西亞家家戶戶都會有樽傍身。因為它可以拿來炒麵條,做椰漿飯,炒蝦球,醃製肉類。也可以加入炸脆花生和洋蔥絲,又可以變成另外一碟惹味醬料。其實有點像韓國泡菜那樣可以變出千變萬化的菜式。這就是這個醬料的魅力!
Sambal sauce is also known as “Multi-purpose” sauce. Almost all family in Malaysia will keep it at home. It can be used to fry noodles, nasi lemak, stir-fried shrimp, marinate meats, etc. It could become a very mouth-watering sauce if fried peanuts and sliced onion are added. Its usage indeed is quite similar to Korean Kim Chi that could assist you to create different dishes at your fingertips.
