胡椒虾起源于臺灣，每隻大頭蝦吸取足夠的辛辣香料，滿滿的黑白胡椒味和藥材味道，而這個調味粉加入天然菇粉，提升它的鮮甜，除了烹調大頭蝦之外，還可以烹調炸豆腐，海鮮，炸雞軟骨。建議用量：20隻大蝦 = 20克調味粉，依自己喜好自行加減分量。
Pepper shrimp is a cuisine originated in Taiwan. Each shrimp is flavoured with spice, black and white pepper, and herbs. In our version, natural mushroom powder is added to enhance its delicate flavour. In addition, Pepper shrimp seasoning powder also goes well with other recipe such as fried tofu, seafood, fried chicken cartilage. Recommendation: 20 prawns = 20 g of seasoning powder, quantity is adjustable according to personal preference.
